These terms are between you and FireX Co., Ltd. ("we"), the operator of FoilPass. By using the app you agree to them.

What FoilPass does

FoilPass lets you make your own passes for Apple Wallet from cards, tickets and coupons you already have, and decorate them. Every pass you make is created by you. It is not issued, endorsed or checked by the business or organization named on it, and a business may choose not to accept it.

Your responsibilities

• Only make passes for memberships, tickets, coupons and similar credentials that are yours to use.
• Only upload logos and pictures you have the right to use. You confirm that you do each time you upload one.
• Don't use FoilPass for government IDs, transit tickets, boarding passes or anything that should come from an official issuer. The app blocks these where it can.
• Don't use FoilPass to deceive anyone, to copy someone else's credential, or to get something you aren't entitled to.

AI artwork

AI artwork is generated automatically and may be imperfect. Passes with AI artwork are labelled as such. Don't try to generate images of real people, trademarks, or sexual, violent or hateful content. You can report any image in the app. You may use artwork you generate on your own passes.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms, including cancellation and refunds. A subscription renews until you cancel it in your account settings. Passes you already made keep working after a subscription ends. Purchased AI credits don't expire.

Sharing

Share links work for 30 days. Anyone with the link can download the pass, so share it only with people you trust. We may remove shared content that is reported and breaks these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available. Passes already in your Wallet don't depend on our servers. The app is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

Takedown requests

If a shared pass or image uses your trademark or rights without permission, write to support@foilpass.app with the link.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any protection your local consumer law gives you.
